Priyanka began her career in the early 2000s leading complex international business migrations and designing elite training systems that did far more than teach — they elevated performance, shaped leaders, and delivered measurable, lasting results.
When she discovered mahjong, she immediately recognized an untapped opportunity. Here was a game rich in strategy, heritage, and nuance — yet one that lacked structure, clarity, and an accessible path to mastery, often confined to private clubs or Mandarin-speaking circles.
Priyanka brought her expertise in transformation and training into alignment with her passion, founding Tile and Flow — a refined Singapore-based mahjong training and social experience. At its core is a thoughtfully designed, progressive curriculum that turns complexity into clarity, and builds true confidence at the table.
Beyond the classroom, Priyanka is intentionally cultivating a new kind of mahjong culture in Singapore — one that is refined, inclusive, and free from traditional gatekeeping. Through Tile and Flow, she is building a community where skill, respect, and camaraderie take precedence over hierarchy.
Because this is more than a game — mahjong, when understood deeply, becomes a life skill: one that sharpens the mind, strengthens intuition, and brings people together in meaningful ways. Tile and Flow stands at the forefront of this evolution — shaping a more accessible, sophisticated future for the game.
Outside of her work, Priyanka is a mother to 16-year-old identical twins, a former nonprofit leader supporting high-risk twin and multiple pregnancies through Twins Plus Singapore, and an active contributor within Singapore’s expat community as moderator of the widely known Oracle network. In her quieter moments, she enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, reading spiritual texts, and volunteering at animal shelters.
