Booking your experience with Tile and Flow should feel seamless and low-risk.
Our policy is structured to offer flexibility while respecting the integrity of each session, time commitment, and the experience of the other 3 players on your table.
As our sessions are intentionally kept small and curated, last-minute cancellations impact the experience for others. We appreciate your understanding in honoring your booking.
Cancel more than 72 hours in advance and choose between a full refund or 100% credit for a future session.
Cancel within this window and receive either a 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future booking.
Refunds are not available. Credit may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. For no shows with no prior intimation - all payments are considered forfeited with no chance of a future reschedule.
Life happens — we get it. Each booking includes one free reschedule, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance and the new session is subject to availability.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
On the rare occasion Tile and Flow needs to cancel due to venue, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, a rescheduled session, or full credit — your choice completely.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
